At RV Fashion Store, we take pride in delivering high-quality women’s innerwear with care, hygiene, and precision. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a strict yet transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed, except under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received with a genuine manufacturing defect

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Once your request is approved, the product must be shipped back to our facility for inspection.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after product verification
  • The approved amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed
  • Since our products are processed immediately after confirmation, cancellations are not feasible

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

Important Notes

  • Due to hygiene reasons, intimate wear products are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Slight variations in color or design may occur due to photography and screen settings
  • Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons or festive periods
